I'm looking to start a blog. I want this blod to be something where I can post private entries and entries that can be seen by friends. What blog sites work best with jaws so I can write entries from my computer, and also work with voiceover, so I can post using my phone.

I use Word Press with JAWS. It isn't necessarily the most intuitive website design in the world, but once you learn the quirks, it's very doable. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to help. I'm not an expert, but I recently did quite a bit of posting on Word Press: http://wp.me/p5bUHI-J

wordpress, blogger, blogspot, livejournal... All these are accessible with screen reader. Some are more complex, some are easier, simpler, and straight forward to use.

I would recommend Dreamwidth; it's straightforward, and much easier to use as a screen reader user, than the ones that have been mentioned thus far.

Actually, using a third party posting program Wordpress is very useable, and has a very nice IOS app as well. Not to mention there is an Android app out there for those who might wonder.
